Please refer to this flow diagram for the working flow of the cart abandonment plugin.
As you are testing user email template for test emails plugin will always send dummy coupon but yes, for real purchase plugin will add usable real coupons in the email.
When the user comes to the checkout and abandons the order user will receive the email with the real coupon.
If we add real coupon in test emails it will unnecessarily increase the load and garbage data in your system.

Ok, thank you. Can I change the name of coupon?
@upplus Cart abandonment plugin creates a coupon dynamically specific for the user and used one-time only. So setting the coupon name is not possible currently.
But if you want to send same coupon code for all abandoned users you can manually create coupon from admin and just add coupon code inside the email.
