    Hi, first of all thanks a lot for your great pluign, I have a question, how or when does the customer will recive the coupon code? Im curently running some test but i still can get the coupon to show, or maybe i dont fully understand how to the customer will get it.

    Hi, thanks for your quick reply I,ve gone through the documentation but i still dont understand when will the cliente recive the coupon code, can you please explain it to me, i hace already configure the plugin as the documentation requires.

    Update: I just watch your video tutorial and realise that the plugin is supposed to mail the coupon code to the user email, that answers my preview question but let me another, why im i not reciving the coupon code? nor my customers or me are getting the follow up mail with the coupon code, can you please help me.

    Thanks for showing interest in our plugin and exploring it.

    Regarding your concern I want to tell you some of the points here:
    1. You must have enabled the Review Reminder setting in the General
    2. Once the user purchases an order, we will send to him a mail with a product link.
    3. The user must have to use that link and review the product.
    4. You have to approve the review in the comments setting.
    Note: The coupon mail will send to him one day after the review is being made. And we use a cron which triggers daily to send the mails.
