From the error message, it seems that the jQuery BlockUI scripts have not been loaded on your website. However, I was not able to reproduce this issue on my local development site.

I made some changes to the coupon codes script to avoid the JS error when trying to block interactions with and set the related sections with “loading” status.
Please try with the beta version from the link below:

This however, does not solve the problem of the missing jQuery BlockUI scripts on your website, so my previous message is still relevant for that matter.

Thanks proving the information through our main support channel.
For the record, the problem seems related to jQuery being loaded multiple times on your checkout page as explained in a response to your ticket on our main support channel.
Fixing the problem of jQuery being loaded multiple times will resolve this issue.
