Coupon code not visible

    Hi there,

    tried your plugin today. Seems to work exept of the coupon code is not visible.

    In the html output the value ist empty.
    <input readonly=”” value=”” title=”Ctrl/CMD + C” class=”cg-coupon-code” id=”cg_coupon_code_b7e8bbf04e”>

    I think there is a problem with the following function value=”‘.esc_attr( $a[‘coupon’] ).'”

    How could i fix this?
