Hi, do you have a cache plugin running in your site?
Regards
Hi,
Check the following URL to determine if the PHP session on the site is working correctly:

Thank you
I have verified the PHP session setup with my hosting provider and tried deactivating all plugins. Still the same thing.
Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Nineteen? This is just for testing purposes.
Also how much memory is allocated to your site?
Thank you
I tested on the Twenty Twenty theme. Same problem. The memory_limit assigned for the website is 128 MB.
The memory_limit assigned for the website is 128 MB.
Can you get your memory increased to at least 256 mb?
The PHP memory_limit has been increased to 256 MB
Has that fixed the issue? If not, can you disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.
Thank you
Deactivated every plugin except the shopping cart. Same issue. Adjusting quantity of items just refreshes the page. Particularly frustrating because this was all working last time I used the shopping cart several months ago.
Do you know what has changed in your site or server before this issue started occurring?
Regards
Haha. If I knew that, I wouldn’t be here asking about this. Anyway, I see that this is not a common issue and one you have not encountered before so I’ll tinker around and see if I can do anything to resolve it on my end. If not, I’ll try a different plugin.
Hi, how are you trailing along with your issue?
Thank you
