sorry to open a new case. This is refering to the case

which isn’t getting answer anymore obviosly.

I can not confirm if the customer is getting an email with the coupon after he has placed his review.

As described in the refered support case it was working after the previous plugin update, but now, after the last plugin update for me again it doesn’t seem to work.

I have set my email adress inside the related plugins field to receive a copy, and as well, I have modified my wocommerce installation to receive a copy of any email sent out by my shop.

But when a customer places a review a coupon is generated, but I don’t get any copy of a coupon email.

Is this sent out by your system (cusrev) or is it sent by the woocommerce installation?

I really love the plugin, and would be fine to buy a pro version, but this feature is mist important to me, and I have to be sure that it works properly.

I have the same issue. The test works, but the coupon isn’t sent when the customer submits a review. Thanks

1. Can you please let me know which version of the plugin you have installed?
2. How do you know that a discount coupon is not sent? Did you create an order for yourself?

Thank you for engaging in my problems

1. Now I am on Version Version 3.107

2. No, I didn’t test it by myself, but I have received couple of reviews. As well I have added my email address in the plugins settings to receive a copy of the Coupon email, but finally I didn’t get any copy.

3. The reason why I asked for if wether the coupon email is sent by woocommerce or by your service, is that I have modified my woocommerce shop sending me a copy of every email that is sent by the system. This is to control if weither the email was sent out to the customer or not.

Can you tell me which system is sending out the coupon email?

Thanks for providing additional information!

1. Can you please do a test where you will receive a coupon yourself?

2. The plugin sends all reviews related emails via AWS SES. They won’t be covered by the modification that you did for receiving copies of all emails.

I just wanted to follow up about the BCC feature for discount emails. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and let me know if you are still experiencing any issues?

Hello cusrev,

finally, today was the first time that I recieved the copy of the coupon mail. Saying this, I am actually still on 3.109.

A bit afraid to update now to latest 3.110. Will it work with the newest as well?
