    Hello,

I’d like to ask how exactly the coupon generation for reviews works. At the moment, I have it set up so that a coupon is generated when a customer submits both a review and a photo.

Is the plugin able to automatically generate these coupons in WooCommerce, or do I need to pre-generate them myself in the admin panel and upload the list to the plugin?

Also, is it necessary for the review to be submitted via the link in the request email? Or will the coupon also be sent to someone who leaves a review manually (e.g., directly on the website)?

    Thank you!

    Hello @thedareback,

    Thanks for your message!

To clarify, since you’re using WooCommerce, the plugin doesn’t automatically generate coupons. You’ll need to pre-generate the coupons yourself in your WooCommerce admin, then upload the list to Judge.me from the Rewards section of your dashboard.

You can follow this step-by-step guide to upload coupons: Static and dynamic coupons for review rewards

Once your list is uploaded, coupons will be sent automatically when a review meets your chosen conditions — like requiring both a photo and text, as you’ve set up.

Also, the review doesn’t have to be submitted via the email request link — manual reviews submitted directly on your site will also be eligible for coupons if they match your rules.

Let us know if you have any questions.
