    I am trying to implement your plugin and have 2 questions:

    1. I am using image coupons and they display fine, but the images are still clickable. How can I prevent that? I just want the the image to display and then they click on the Click To Print link to actually print

    2. When I do click on the Click to Print, it works fine but also generates a “header and footer” of sorts in the print output. How can I suppress that from printing?
