Are you trying to set up coupon/gift cards for our site or trying to apply a coupon/gift card in another site?

lets say i have a 100$ dollar coupon but checkout total is only 70$. so i use the coupon and i have to pay nothing. so i spend 70$ of my 100$ coupon, what will be with the unused remaing value of the coupon (the 30$)

Thank you for your reply. The default WooCommerce coupons don’t have the remaining balance feature. So a $100 off coupon can discount up to that amount at checkout, but users can’t save the remaining balance: https://woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/
If you are looking to add such a feature to your store, I’d recommend checking out plugins like below:

– 2. if i have free shipping starting at $49,5 i have at checkout: product total lets say $48 + $6 shipping = $54 when i use now a $50 euro coupon i still have to pay the remaining 4$ even if i have free shipping starting with $49,5

The customer can apply more than one coupon in the cart page, but you can restrict coupon combination. See here for more details: https://woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/#usage-restriction

1. i know this settings: Individual use only – Tick the box if you don’t want this coupon to be used in combination with other coupons.
but also if i uncheck this box i am not able to insert more than 1 voucher-code.
it works great if i want to use only 1 voucher-code, but NOT if i want to use more than 1 code per order.

This would depend on the coupon settings, but, if there are no restrictions, you should be able to insert more than one coupon – see the GIF below for an example.
