Couponcode sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t

    I have added a couponcode. And it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.
    The couponcode is always added and accepted, but then you cannot place the order.
    The botton ‘place the order’ extends and a kind of clock appears and then nothing.
    I have no idea where to look 🙁

    Hello,

    I have added a couponcode. And it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t.
    The couponcode is always added and accepted, but then you cannot place the order.

    Does the issue occur with a specific coupon? or any coupon codes? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply. Can you create another test coupon and check if the same issue occurs? If it still does, I recommend running a conflict test: try switching the theme temporarily to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and then apply the coupon on the checkout page. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi Maykato,

    I have found the problem. There are 2 places where the customer can fill in the couponcode. We have made 1 position not visible with a CSS code.

    That was the issue. After removing the CSS code it is working now. Unfortunatelly the costumer still has two places where to enter the couponcode.

    I think that it is confusing. So I have to find another solution.
