I have free membership option, monthly(level1) and yearly (level2)
I created 2 coupons and I want them to apply only for level 2 subscription. I couldnt find a code that allows to apply the coupons to level 2 only. So if i add a coupon field to level 1 checkout, my those 2 coupons that are meant for yearly option only would apply. Thats why I had to remove coupon field from level 1 checkout option.
Now if i want to create a promo code for monthly subscription (level 1) I cant even Put a coupon field because it would conflict with the other promo code.
What should I do in this situation?

  • You could put the two subscription forms on different pages and then follow Pro Coupon Codes -> (Pro Form) Coupon Code Configuration to see how to set up the coupon usage you are looking for.

I have pricing options as a drop down where they can choose if they wanna get monthly or yearly.
I checked out options from Pro Form. It says:
“However, you may configure Coupon Codes that ONLY work on specific Post or Page IDs, as seen below.”
So as you are saying if I do 2 separate pages for check out and I set the promo codes to apply to a page ID for monthly or yearly subscription that would work?

    Yes, exactly.

I see. Not the most convenient way though. I like when I have Price options in a drop down menue
