Coupons and Nil Value

    Hi Niaz,

    I have an online shop for our Students’ Union in UK. We issue vouchers to students to buy stuff from the Union. I have got the coupon section to work fine and have added items to our inventory but when we add stuff to our cart and use coupons to cover the cost (ie. total cost then is £0.00) you cannot go any further. Hence orders are not being placed.

    Can you help?

    Hi Niaz,

    The Website is dcsu.net tried with coupon code 123456-01 and it does reduce the value by £5.00 but when I click on pay by paypal it just shows a page with the details of the purchase and it does no more…

    Also, I have already upgraded to premium (1st August – Unique Transaction ID6RM13504BT8799214) but have not been sent the link to download premium!!!

    Any chance I could get the answer to this as well? I have a coupon that I’d like to use to create a zero value cart with a digital download. Thanks!
