    I just noticed a customer left a review on my store using the plugin reminder but there was no coupon code generated for him.

    This was working fine before, so I guess maybe some update broke the functionality?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    Can you please try to create a test order (for yourself), leave a review, and check if a coupon will be sent?

    I tested the plugin leaving a review and it worked fine.

    But I know for sure two people left reviews and the coupons never got created.

    I just cheched again. Only one person didn’t get his coupon. He showed me an error occured when trying to leave the review from your website, so that must be it.

    Ok, thanks for letting me know. Please ask this person to submit a review again using the same link from the email. If they successfully submit a review, a coupon should be sent.
