Coupons not working

    Hello,

    i installed the plugin in my fresh installed WordPress system.
    After embedding the required code I see everything in the wished page.

    I configured coupons. At the contact form I can input the coupon data and press search. The coupon code was found and will be accepted. The coupon is configured as -20% off. But the calculation board does not updated it / recognize the coupon. Also the reservation email does not recognize the entered coupon.

    Do you have any hint how to fix this issue?

    Hi Michael,

    Appling the coupon has 2 steps: First, you search for the coupon, second, you have to apply the coupon. A link and coupon code will be helpful for us to start checking for any issues.

    Make sure that you click on the “Gutschein verwenden” button after you search for it.
