Coupons not working

    I have a coupon set to give free shipping when customers buy certain products but it gives me an error saying those products are not included.

    As an update, it seems to not work when I add a category to be allowed when I also have specific products allowed. It seems like this should work?

    Thanks for the message. Sorry for the delay! Did you manage to resolve this?

    This looks to be an issue with the WooCommerce coupon restriction settings, which are not technically controlled by our plugin.

    You will need to make sure that all these restrictions match up to allow the products that are included: https://i.gyazo.com/e7427a569a088b6dc377076272a4e00b.png

    Though it should work fine if you have allowed both products and categories as far as I know.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I resolved it by not using the categories, but I had no other restrictions besides the specific products and the one category. But at least the products are working. Thanks for your plugin and your response!
