    Hello! I am a developer working on a client’s WooCommerce website (https://epilax.de/). We are using the “DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce” plugin to manage shipping.

    Main Task:
    The client requires automatic courier pickup from the address specified in the “Shipper Address / Pickup Request Address” field in the plugin. This address has also been added and synchronized in the DHL portal under Pick up → Address Book (see screenshot 2).

    Current Status:

    • DHL settings are configured via geschaeftskunden.dhl.de.
    • Everything appears synchronized and functional—I can successfully “Generate Label” and “Download Label”.
    • However, I need assistance ensuring that automatic courier pickup requests are correctly triggered for the specified address.

    1. Verify that the address in “Shipper Address / Pickup Request Address” is properly linked and authorized for courier pickups in the DHL system.
    2. Confirm if any additional steps (e.g., enabling pickup rights, adjusting pickup time windows, or activating specific services) are required to enable automatic courier pickup requests.
    3. Provide guidance or troubleshoot any potential mismatches between the plugin settings and DHL portal configurations.

    Hi Valerio,

    Your configuration is correct for creating and downloading shipping labels.

    However, courier pickup is not triggered automatically when a label is created.

    Pickup requests must be initiated manually via Orders → Bulk Actions → DHL Request Pickup.

    The pickup address must exactly match a pickup-enabled address in your DHL account, and business hours must be configured in the plugin settings.

    Any pickup authorization, time windows, or automatic pickup arrangements are handled on the DHL account level.
