Hello! I integrated Tutor LMS to my WordPress site and now when I edit the course, it opens a balnk (Basics), but the when i fill in everything again, the Curriculum is there. I already deleted Cache, used different browsers, and the bug remains. I was about to buy a Pro version, but now with this bug I’m not sure it will disappear. Can someone help me with it?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.

This could potentially be a plugin conflict. To check, kindly try deactivating all other plugins except Tutor LMS and see if the problem still occurs. If the issue persists even after that, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing you can use https://snipboard.io to upload and share the image with us.

I’ll be happy to investigate further once I have that information!

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for the information, seems you are using managed hosting. Please contact your hosting provider and tell them to disable server side caching and optimization. Also must increase your server resources.

    Here are some suggested values:

    1. PHP Memory Limit: 256M or higher
    2. Max Execution Time: 300 seconds
    3. Max Input Vars: 3000
    4. Post Max Size / Upload Max Filesize: 64M or more
