    Hi,

I’m using Namaste LMS and something strange is happening to a few of my students when they try to take an exam of a course. When enrolled in one of my courses, this happens when they try to access the exam (created with WATU) – see video sent from the student here: https://youtu.be/7eyuUz3FtDY

It is the exam for the course they are enrolled in, it worked before, but now it tells them this when they click on the link to do the exam of that course:

“In order to see this lesson you first have to be enrolled in the course “Classic Lash Extensions””

“Classic Lash Extensions” is the name of the course they want to take they exam for, which they are already enrolled in.

What is strange is that it works 100% for me as admin. I spend a bit of time but can’t find the issue, also contacted NamasteLMS with no luck.

Can you help point me in the right direction? Please tell me what I need to do to get it working again.

    Thanks

Sorry, just saw that you are the same plugin author as the NamasteLMS plugin – thought I’d give this plugin support a try, seeing that it is related to the exam.

Will email namastelms with access to the course so you can check and replicate.

You have two courses with similar names which causes the confusion. The problem has been explained in details by email.

I am closing the tread. Please don’t forget to rate us if you have not done it yet.

    Thanks!
