Course Image Size Not Functioning Properly

In the settings page here (https://senseilms.com/documentation/settings/) it says:

“Image Hard Crop – Single
Crops the image to the specified dimensions. If not selected, Image Height – Single can be left blank and will be set proportionally to the specified width.”

However, when the Image height is left blank and Image Hard Crop is turned off, images are 100px.

When both fields are set, the take the size specified (but hard crop it would seem).

This seems to be the case even after regenerating thumbnails. the hard crop setting is not changed.
