I have tried to do the same in my courses it seems like i am not having this same issue. If you can please check carefully if there is anyone else with the login credentials who might make the changes this cannot be done automatically. If you can please share a screenshot of the issue. with the proper time of the delete and creation of the videos in the courses and email in our support channel at [email protected]?

@anim07 : This is how you replicate it.
Instructor Adds intro video > Sends the course for Review
Administrator Approves the course
Instructor wants to make a change, clicks on edit and submits for review. Intro video is gone.
I have tried this multiple times and it always happens. I assume this is what @mshams was talking about.
