• My woocommerce order status is showing as completed inthe database, but the the order status in tutor_earnings table in database is showing as processing. Any idea why is it happening so.

    Did you enable the Autocomplete order option from the Tutor LMS settings or use are using a 3rd party plugin for order autocomplete? Also please tell me which payment gateway you are using.

    yes, the autocomplete feature is enabled.
    I am using 2 payment gateway,
    1. tera wallet payment gateway.
    2. default direct bank transfer plugin integrated with pepro receipt uloader plugin.

    Thanks for your reply. The problem is your payment gateway is not working properly with the autocomplete feature. So you have to disable the Autocomplete option to fix the issue. If you disable the option then in the future you will not face the issue again.
