Course progress bar not syncing when entering course

Hello, could you help me please?

On the enrolled courses page, the progress bar appears with the current status working normally.

However, when entering the course, it is as if the student has not made any progress, although he is 100% complete, it appears to “start now”.

Comments:

• I use the Boddyboss theme
• Cache: Redis and Wp Rocket
