Course report CSV doesn’t include last lesson completed

When viewing a Lifter LMS course report in the WP admin area, we can see several columns including the student ID, name, progress percentage, and the last lesson they completed (which is shown as a title linking to the post in the admin area, not the front end lesson).

However, when I export this report the
CSV has all the columns, plus a student email column, but it does not show the last lesson completed column.

Is there an easy way to add that last lesson column to the export file?
