Courses don’t synchronization

    Hi all.

    I have managed to follow the steps (https://edwiser.org/bridge/documentation/).
    Connection test -> OK
    Synchronization test >> Courses -> Ok
    But when I go to Edwiser Bridge >> Courses it’s empty. And the same thing happens with Edwiser Bridge >> Categories.
    Moodle ver 3.6
    WP ver 4.9.8
    Edwiser Bridge: 1.3.4

    Can you help me. Thank you

    Hi @perillan

    Please check the steps mentioned below to debug the issue on your end:
    1) Check if all functions mentioned in the documentation is added to the external services.
    2) Check if you are using the Right Moodle URL which should be copy-pasted from the Address bar. It should not be an extended version of the URL. Eg: https://moodledomain/courses/- It should not be used in this way. You need to use https://moodledomain/ as the Moodle URL.
    3) If you are using https://www.moodledomain/ as the Moodle URL then try changing it to https://moodledomain/

    Once these changes are done, try synchronizing the courses again.

    It is already solved.
    The problem was that the moodle was installed in a subdomain.
    When installed in a folder everything has worked correctly.
