Cover design options?

I am using Anthologize on my blog, and have created a few ePub files – but there are a few buggy things going on, with odd characters showing up, etc. So once I export it I am using Sigil to do a final edit of the file. I am wondering if anyone knows if there is someplace in the Anthologize files that determines how the cover artwork is generated and the wording of the title – right now the title has the .epub file extension and it would be nice to be able to edit that out. Thanks!
