Cover Image – User

Dear all,

I have two issues with the cover image:

1. As an admin, I can change the cover image under settings, but it does not appear on the users’ profiles.
2. In the user profile, users cannot change their cover image at all. A zoomed-in version of the avatar appears as the cover image, and the icon to change it is also not displayed.

I am not using a cache plugin, and the database does not show any errors either.
