cpanel backup wizard vs. phpmyadmin vs. backup plugins?

    I’ve noticed simply using the included (with cpanel) backup wizard to backup and restore sql databases and home directories is rarely mentioned. Is there a reason for this?

    Is it inadequate for doing a complete backup of a wordpress site?
