cPanel Maintenance Mode

    First, thanks for this plugin. I really appreciate it.

    I notice when I enable cPanel Maintenance Mode, it overrides the alternative URL I’ve setup in the plugin to replace wp-admin, and I can only use wp-admin to log in. Is that expected?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.

    I never heard this kind of issue.

    You should ask for it to cpanel support or to your host.

    I asked my host, and they said they could only speculate, but the reason Maintenance Mode is probably overriding WPS Hide Login is because it’s an external function that uses .htaccess rules to redirect to a static HTML page.

    They suggested using a “coming soon/maintenance” plugin, which I’m doing.
