cPanel setup: plugin doesn't do anything

    My hosting uses cPanel. I am following the cPanel instructions. I create a “parked domain” for my subdomain site which, not surprisingly, acts like a parked domain, and does not work with WP Multi-site at all.

    All the documentation for this is bewildering, terribly written, and the “tutorial” is totally out-of-date.

    I’m sure the only answer I’ll get is “Contact your host support”…

    Ugh, never mind. Apparently:

    Warning! This plugin will only work if WordPress is installed in the root directory of your webserver. It is currently installed in ’/wp2013/’.

    which, of course, isn’t mentioned anywhere in the Description, Installation, etc. Notes
