@danidub I changed it 3-4 times because everytime Packlink is putting this to resolved
They just ignore this
I went to another solution => UPS only
If they ignore such crucial issues they need to accept losing a lot of revenue
@packlink necesitamos que resuelvan el problema o no podremos usar el pluging en nuestra web, somos varios clientes, sino tendremos que irnos a otra empresa sintiendolo mucho
@mmichiels I agree with you, I didn’t know that @packlink was marking this as resolved, and I think anyone on this thread known either.
This action speaks from itself… Maybe @packlink doesn’t care about the WordPress community and is simply ignoring support requests.
@packlink Don’t fool us with your copy-pasted answer in all support threads complaining about CPU high usage and marking them as resolved. We’re not wasting our time contacting our Packlink agent. This is a plugin-oriented issue, and this is the right channel where we should be heard. The plugin is a server resources devourer, and fixing it will instantly and simultaneously fix every user’s conflict. Fix your plugin. This is a Premium service for people who is already paying a suscription.

Podemos aumentar el tiempo de respuesta de 5 segundos a 1 minuto. Esto deberia resolver el problema d sobre carga.
Para ello necesitamos quenos contactes.
