I’m having issues with my website. The CPU usage is too high and this is causing error messages. After contacting my webhoster they recommended to disable Wordfence because of this in the error log:
    – [Tue May 04 14:30:44.331210 2021] [lsapi:error] [pid 2594404:tid 140451084310272] [client 141.138.168.120:50780] [host http://www.mywebsite.com] Error on sending request(POST /?wordfence_syncAttackData=1620131436.3519 HTTP/1.1); uri(/?wordfence_syncAttackData=1620131436.3519) content-length(0): ReceiveAckHdr: nothing to read from backend (LVE ID 1084), check http://docs.cloudlinux.com/mod_lsapi_troubleshooting.html, referer: https://www.mywebsite.com/?wordfence_syncAttackData=1620131436.3519`

Could Wordfence be the isssue for this problem? Is there a way to solve this without disabling Wordfence?

Hello @enna123 and thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks again!

    Thanks for sending that!

I don’t see anything jumping out from the diagnostic that would point to what is causing the CPU issue. Do you happen to have any PHP error logs I can look at? If so, could you send them to wftest @ wordfence .com with subject ” enna123 for WFADAM “.

    If you need help:
It might be best if you could enable WordPress Debugging, so we can see the exact errors your site is receiving. Debugging PHP code is part of any project, but WordPress comes with specific debug systems designed to simplify the process as well as standardize code across the core, plugins and themes. This page describes the various debugging tools in WordPress and how to be more productive in your coding as well as increasing the overall quality and interoperativity of your code.

For non-programmers or general users, these options can be used to show detailed information about errors.

https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ can walk you through enabling the error logs on your site. Once you have this enabled, your site will generate error logs, which will help us figure out what might be causing your issue.

    Thanks again!
