CPU usage issues

Hi there. I have enabled Total Cache but I am seeing very high cpu usage on my DirectAdmin resource usage.

I have a feeling Totalcache is only partly working (I do see the javescript minify in action). I was adding the following script to my footer:

Changes were reflected instantly on refreshing my page. Even without ctrl+f5 flush.

I have about 3000 daily pageviews and I post about 1 article per day. So I could really use a semi-static cache that updates when I post something.
