    This is more of a bug rebounded than a real question.
    When importing a CSV file, I did not realize that there were duplicate email addresses in my file.
    The import message is correct in the sense that it displayed good number of imported records. But the database does not contain any records. This planted the first address duplicate found.

    Hi Christophe,

    There are two things you’ll want to check when importing records. First, if you do have duplicate values, make sure the “duplicate record check” settings are correct for what you want it do do in that case.

    Second, it is very important the CSV be in UTF-8 format. When you are creating your CSV (usually, this is done with a spreadsheet app) be sure it is exporting the CSV in UTF-8 format. This will help prevent errors when importing data.

    Also, be sure to use the latest version of the plugin.
