For a temporary fix until GiveWP sends out an update, comment out line 34 in the file listed in the Warning message – /plugins/give/src/License/PremiumAddonsListManager.php
Line 34 should be this line:
$response = wp_remote_get( self::PRODUCTS_LIST_API_URL . '?number=-1' );
Comment that line by adding // in front of it.
It looks like this error didn’t show for a while due to the plugin using a cached transient that must have ended recently.

Thanks for your patience while we work on this issue.
I was not able to implement the change… It still crashes the site. So, I deleted it. Can you recommend another plugin to interface with paypal?
Hi folks,
This is our team’s highest priority today. I am marking this post as resolved, because the feedback site that Rick linked to above is the best place to follow along with updates on this issue.
Commenting out the line as mentioned by @bhwebworks should definitely resolve things temporarily.
As for “what’s the holdup” @a3rev nearly all American team members were out yesterday in observance of the July 4th holiday. Several of us were looped in late last night and began work on this, being pulled away from family time. We’re on it today, and will release a patch today.
Too bad this happened on one of the weekends we had hoped to drive some donations to the site because of the holiday…
