From our tests and from what our users tell us, the plugin is still working, you can try it on any sandbox like tastewp dot com. We will greatly appreciate it if you could tell us more about the issue you are facing. I’m sure that whatever it is, we can fix it or explain what’s happening so you can give the plugin more stars ;-).

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, enable-media-replace.
