After updating a few plugins – and also Burst Statistics – from version 1.7.3. to 1.7.5. my site crashed. I did get a connection error and redirected to 127.0.0.1 – and later a 500 error. I made a complete restore and tried updating one plugin at the time, and it looks like the Burst Statistics made it crash. I can´t figure out why…Any clues?

    Hi @moxtell,

Sorry to hear you are encountering this issue.

    I have a few questions:
    – Do you have error logging enabled? If so, is there any information about this crash?
    – Are you a pro user? (We encountered some issues with Pro, but the WordPress forums have been silent after the release of 1.7.5. If you are a pro user can you send us an email to support[at]burst-statistics.com. We are not allowed by the forum rules to help with Pro issues.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi Hessel

Tried to delete this post. I found out: the issue was not related to Burst Statistics at all, but to a security firewall plugin, that behaved different after updating WP to 6.7. I reset the plugin and now it all works fine. So all good now – and I apologize for any inconvenience.

    Best regards

    Morten
