    Hi, I’ve updated the product and post, and I don’t see this content appearing in the IndexNow tab of Bing Webmaster Tools. Similarly, in the Rank Math options, I can bulk-upload entries for immediate indexing, and these entries immediately appear in BWT as uploaded. Is here any some kind of delay? How does it really works?

    Hi @snecz, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the plugin, it should just start submitting URLs to IndexNow once the plugin is activated.

    The plugin sends notifications to IndexNow when a post is published or updated on production sites. In your WordPress dashboard, are you able to go to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab at top of page) and review the WordPress Constants section? If WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE is set to anything other than production the plugin will not send notifications.

    Also, are you able to fill in the “Link to the page you need help with” field on this topic so I can see if there are any hints I can see while navigating your site?

    Hi @peterwilsoncc, WP_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE was Undefined but I’ve changed it for producion i wp-config. Still the same.

    Thanks, WP should treat undefined as productions. I’ll try and few things and see if I can break it on my site.

    Are you able to copy the full site health debug info in to a reply here? A few items take a moment to load so you’ll need to wait until the spinners stop spinning on each section. Feel free to redact the paths up to your WP install if you wish, along with any other information you see that you might not wish to post publicly.

    It started to work a little bit. But not completely. It doesn’t work for updating posts. It doesn’t work for all products. Some show up in BWT immediately after updating, while others don’t show up at all.

    Are you able to review your PHP logs for anything beginning with the text “IndexNow ping failed”.

    It’s also possible you don’t need this plugin and can use the RankMath Instant Indexing feature. Depending on your settings both plugins may be sending a ping to IndexNow which could lead to errors in submission.
