@zurieee I see you have Server IP set.
Port test is done by
– writting a file to wp-content/litespeed/crawler/test_port.html
– testing port 80 and 443 on server
I would test if PHP can write to: wp-content/litespeed/crawler/ make sure your server configuration is following these conditions: https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/server/file-permissions/
Hi,
Thanks for your help. I wanted to let you know that I checked the file permissions, and the file had 644 permissions. I changed them to 755, but that didn’t fix the issue.
I also contacted my hosting provider, and they confirmed that all server settings are correct and that ports 80 and 443 are working properly.
After troubleshooting further, I removed the IP address from the configuration, and the crawler started working immediately.
@zurieee
Good debugging π
hmmm
It should have worked with Server IP.
Let’s debug a little bit:
– does your server has IP v4?
– it has 2 IPs?
Also make sure the IP is the correct one π
Yes, my server has one IPv4 address. I’ve confirmed and I entered it correctly.
@zurieee Strange
Good thing it got resolved.
Is there anything else you need help with?
Can we mark topic as resolved?
If removing the IP address is the only solution, then the topic can be resolved. Thank you.
@zurieee make sure Server IP has the correct value.
Also I checked QC IP and I see different IP from what what setup on site:
Site ip: 9x.xxx.xxx.109
QC ip: 9x.xxx.xxx.69
Please make sure the IP is correct in both places
I updated the IP address, and the error still occurs. Since it functions correctly without the IP specified, I’m okay with it.
@zurieee I will talk with developers and see what happens.
