Crawling Error

I got a message of a growing amount of crawling errors by Google Webmaster Tools. This concerns two blogs relying on the same database whereas other blogs having the same basis work properly.
The reported error has the following structure and concerns only the figure at the end:

http://www.folden.de/emarketing/2012/08/16/real-time-bidding/2147483647/What is the error and what stands the figure for at the end of the not working link? Might it be caused by an update or a replaced comment function? The latter beside a different database is the only difference to other blogs working properly.
