crazy file problem – impossible to access upload.php

Hello,
I have a crazy problem on my server and I finaly decide to contact you as I don’t have any error code.
On my admin, I cannot execute wp-admin/upload.php (fatal error). If I rename it as uplaod1.php, I can excecute it…
Can you please help me to understand ?
