This is a great plugin for customizing the emails sent to customers. Is there a way to use the Button or HTML and have an option on the email the customer receives, that will send a response back to the website/company when the user clicks that button. This is meant to be a confirmation for the company that the customer got their order email. Any suggestions are appreciated.

In Addition: If there was a button on the email that went to the customer, that when clicked, sent that same email back to the company email and added a Label “Order Confirmed” to the bottom of the email. That would be perfect.

    Hi @lestexas60 ,

    Thanks for coming today!

So, please note that any email response/replies must be conducted by the email viewer platform or apps, it cannot be controlled by the email contents at all.

    Kind regards,

So I could not use HTML to add a Mailto: function that would auto send an email back to the sender?

    Hi @lestexas60 ,

Again… any email response/replies must be conducted via the email viewer platform or apps, it cannot be controlled by the email contents itself.

But if you know exactly how to do it with HTML, you can surely add HTML this way:

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you!
