Create a Custom Form Template

I have just been looking at trying to modify the actual registration form (as the theme I have built is custom based on Bootstrap) and wanted to make the actual form that you output into a bootstrap version, but it seems you have not got any hooks for the actual output of the form (unless i’ve missed anything)?
