Create a custom menu

    I am trying to create a custom menu to also include categories from my blog posts as well as pages that are static. I am using FireFox as my browser. It only seems to let me add from the pages area when I am in the “create new menu” I cannot even click on the expanded form of the other areas to even view what I can add. If anyone can help that would be great! I have made custom menus before so I am assuming that it is the theme?
