Create a map dynamically via custom fields

Please advise if your plugin can do this:
– if a custom post type has 2 fields (lat and long)
– can the plugin’s features be used to map 1 or 100 or 1,000 of these posts on a single map?If yes via hooks or something, please advise. I think such documentation would be helpful on the plugin’s Description or FAQ pages.
