Create a New Ticket Button Not Working

    Hi, nothing happens when the User clicks on the Create a New Ticket button.

    Please advise,

    Hi @meir321

    Please reset the permalink to post name.
    Log in to WordPress.
    Go to Settings > Permalinks.
    Change the permalink structure to post name.
    Click Save Changes.
    The URL on your website’s pages should display the permalink settings you selected.`

    This will fix your issue. If persists, let me know.

    It was already set to post name. Saving again didn’t help.

    Hi @meir321

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
