Create a New Webhook Missing

    Hello,

    Does the the “Add webhook” button show up when you temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce?

    No I tried it didnt show up. I feel the URL (https://www.wellbiance.com/wellness/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced&section=webhooks&edit-webhook=0) linked to button add webhook is wrong. If you see after & it says edit-webhook=0 which should have been create-webhook=new

    Can you cross check what should be the correct link? Will try and open that link

    Hi @wellbiance!

    Sure! I cross-checked it on my test site and confirmed that the URL linked to the button is correct. (http://test-site.local/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=advanced&section=webhooks&edit-webhook=0)

    Once you click the Add webhook button, you should see a page like this:

    On this page, the Add webhook button is then replaced by the Save webhook button to save the settings of the new webhook you create.

    Could you please confirm if you see the same fields like the image above?

    If not, please share a screenshot of what you see when you click the Add webhook button to check further. You can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    Sorry for my earlier reply. Actually Add Webhook button is visible all time but when I click that the next screen is blank, neither Create New Webhook button at right bottom corner is visible nor any form opens.

    Thanks for confirming that.

    This strange behavior in indicative of a conflict, as already stated above.

    You mentioned you’ve already run the conflict test as @maykato advised. Please share a copy of your site’s System Status while being temporarily switched to Storefront theme and all plugins disabled except for WooCommerce, so that we can get a better idea of your setup.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for sharing the System Status Report. Mostly looking good – nothing particularly remarkable.

    Glad to know that the add webhook button is opening the Webhook Data form now. 🙂

    Now will need to figure out which plugin is conflicting its performance.

    Correct. In order to figure out which plugin was causing the problem, you’ll need to reactivate the plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. Once the culprit is detected you’ll want to report the issue to the plugin’s developer.
