Nice day to you Sir,

You have this Birthday Code Snippet– https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1765-send-birthday-greetings-to-accounts-with-today-s-birthdays

The problem is that, it doesn’t work.

While you won’t give support for it, Can’t you at least write it to be functional and usable?

The code adds the Birthday Template into your default Email Templates.

But when we add content to the Birthday Email Template and then save it, everything vanishes.

Now, I am not asking you to offer me support on this Code.

I am only saying that:

You should at least make the code Perfect— so that it can be functional, usable and error-free, in which case we wouldn’t even need any kind of support from you.

This article is the only example. You need also to check this article (https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1515-how-to-add-and-use-custom-email-templates) to add the email template to your site and combine these articles together.

Your answer shows that you did not understand my question.

The issue is that the code here– https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1765-send-birthday-greetings-to-accounts-with-today-s-birthdays

That code is not yet perfect. It is still full of bugs, and this bugs do not allow it to save Email content.

Fix the bug in the Code and make it a perfect usable and functional code, is what I’m saying.

This article (https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1765-send-birthday-greetings-to-accounts-with-today-s-birthdays) is not full working code – this is only the example. In this article there are no all steps for creating email template. Thats why you need to research my link.
