Create an account button missing in PC view

Hello,
I noticed that the “create an account” checkbox is missing when I view the page on PC but the checkbox is there in mobile and tablet views.Is there something extra that I need to do?

I checked your checkout page on a PC and I do see the checkbox. Here’s what I see on my end:
