Create chart button pops a 404 error page!

    Hi.

    I’ve been using this plugin for quite a while and I’ve never had any issues with it.
    I have created more than 30 charts and all are still working fine but now I cannot create new charts anymore.

    I build a chart under media>visualizer and once I click the ‘Create Chart’ button, it doesn’t add the chart. Instead it shows a 404 error page.

    I tried everything I could think of but none solved the issue.

    I deactivated all the plugins.
    deleted the ‘visualizer’ plugin folder completely and reinstalled it through ftp.
    I changed my site’s theme to default.

    None of it seems to solve the problem.

    Have you ever seen such a weird behavior happen before?

    Could someone please get back to me asap with any info that might help us figure this out?

    After testing everything, I asked my hosting company to take a look.
    apparently it was a server issue.

    The plugin is working again.

    Thanks anyway for the great plugin.
