[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Create container doesn't work for Rackspace Cloud

    Hi!

    I love this plugin and just wanted to report a minor bug: the button Create container on the Content Delivery Network tab (when using Rackspace Cloud Files) gives me an error about an invalid username or API key.

    The Rackspace Cloud Files CDN integration works perfectly fine if you create the container through the Rackspace control panel and input that information in WordPress.
